Developing our own leaders is essential to populating staff and high capacity volunteer positions in any church, but especially more urgent in the rural context.
CrossPoint University is our answer to that need.
Based on 4 phases and lasting two years, participants can participate in as much as they like or feel necessary. For invested volunteers, phase one may be enough. For church planters phase four is essential.
CrossPoint University requires minimal ‘in person’ gatherings but meets regularly online in cohorts to go over readings and assignments. Assessments, knowledge and direction are given as the four phases cover what we call Davids resume from Psalm 73:

- Skilled
